9. Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders within HR organization
10. Strategic Thinker /Change Management Skills - Processes, Policies, Training and systems. Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work
